Jun 09, Kathmandu - Nepalese deported from the US have arrived in Kathmandu.
They arrived in Nepal through Tribhuvan International Airport on Sunday night. 37 Nepalese who were deported by the US for violating immigration laws were brought to Kathmandu last night and released. They were brought to Kathmandu by a chartered plane by the US.
The US has recently deported 37 Nepalese, including 32 men and 5 women. Since US President Donald Trump took office, the US government has been cracking down on immigrants. The US has been taking control of those who have not completed the visa process, have overstayed their visas, and have not behaved well and returning them to their countries.
