Jun 09, Kathmandu - Lalitpur Metropolitan City has started removing unauthorized structures built on houses within the metropolis from today.

Mayor Sitaram Hachethu said that unauthorized structures, including sheds, built on houses built along the main road have been removed.

He said that the removal of such structures has started from today and this work will continue continuously.

He said that the removal of such structures has been started in the Shankhamul area today and work will start in Mangal Bazaar, Pulchowk and other areas from tomorrow.
