Jun 09, Kathmandu - A man has been arrested on charges of raping a 23-year-old woman.
Ratna Kumar Angwo, 53, of Papungden, Falelung Rural Municipality-7, was arrested by the police on Sunday afternoon.
Police deployed from the Panchthar District Police Office arrested Ratna Kumar based on a complaint that he had raped the girl.
The victim has been sent to a health facility for a medical examination, while the police are conducting the necessary investigation.
