Jun 09, Kathmandu - The parliament session ended in five minutes. As soon as the meeting of the House of Representatives began, the main opposition MPs stood up and protested.
After that, Speaker Devraj Ghimire adjourned for half an hour, saying that there was an attempt at consensus.
“I will allow the speaker to speak on a party basis. I request the honorable member who has risen to create an environment to sit down,” the Speaker said. The ruling party MPs also raised slogans demanding that they be allowed to speak.
