Jun 13, Kathmandu - The price of gold has been continuously increasing in the international market since last Tuesday.
As a result, the price of gold in the local market has increased by Rs 4,200 per tola today.
The price of silver has also increased by Rs 15 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of one tola of gold has been fixed at Rs 197,100 today. Similarly, one tola of silver is being traded at Rs 2,165.
Last Tuesday, one tola of gold was traded at 190,000 rupees, while silver of the same amount was stable at 2,165 rupees.
According to international media reports, one ounce of gold is being traded at US$ 3,427 today. This huge increase in price has increased interest among consumers and businessmen.
