Indian Embassy Provides Ambulance Assistance To Simkot Rural Municipality

Jun 15, Kathmandu - The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu has provided an ambulance to Simkot Rural Municipality. Simkot Rural Municipality received an ambulance on Saturday under the Nepal-India Development Partnership Program, said Chairman Bijay Bhandari.

The ambulance provided by the embassy will rescue all patients from Wards 1 to 8 of Simkot Rural Municipality, said Chairman Bhandari. Although the settlements of Wards 1 to 8, including Syada, Yangu, and Kholsi, are not connected to the rural municipality center by road, all the other seven wards are connected to the road network. He said that now it will be easier to take patients to the hospital. Earlier, the rural municipality did not have such a facility.
