Attack on aid workers in Gaza: 12 killed

Jun 20, Kathmandu - Twelve people have been killed in an Israeli attack on aid workers in Gaza. The attack came as the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), run by the US and Israel, was distributing aid.

Hundreds of lives have been lost there since the GHF began distributing relief supplies last May, affecting the UN's relief program, according to the BBC.

The recent deaths in Gaza have been more likely to be caused by Hamas-led insurgents collecting aid than by the militants themselves. The attack came as thousands of people were lining up for aid yesterday.
