Jun 20, Kathmandu- Top leaders of the three major parties are engaged in discussions. Discussions are underway at Singha Durbar between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Prime Ministers Sher Bahadur Deuba and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.
According to Prachanda's secretariat, they are discussing issues related to transitional justice. Earlier, Prime Minister Oli had called a meeting of top leaders of the major parties on Wednesday.
However, discussions between top leaders were not possible because CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Prachanda was out of the valley. The meeting of the three parties was postponed on Thursday as well due to Prachanda's failure to return to the federal capital.
