US Reportedly Drops GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator Bomb On Iran

Jun 22, Kathmandu - US President Donald Trump has said that military strikes on Iran's three main nuclear sites, Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, have been successful. In an address to the nation, he also warned of further attacks on Iran.

He indicated on social media platform Truth Social that the main weapon used in these attacks was the GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) bomb dropped from a B-2 Spirit stealth bomber. This bomb is considered the world's most powerful non-nuclear bunker-busting weapon, weighing 13,600 kilograms. It can penetrate concrete up to 61 meters deep and explode.

Trump wrote in his post, "We have successfully attacked Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. All bombs have been dropped on Fordow and all our planes have safely exited Iranian airspace. Congratulations to our great American warriors. There is no other military in the world that can do this. Now is the time for peace."
