Jun 22, Kathmandu - Pakistan has strongly condemned the US attack on Iran's nuclear sites.
Pakistan has termed such attacks as a violation of international law. Pakistan has also mentioned that Iran has full right to defend itself.
A statement issued by Pakistan's Foreign Ministry said, "Iran has the right to respond to its sovereignty and the security of its citizens in accordance with the UN Charter."
Pakistan warned that if the tension escalates further, its impact will not be limited to the Middle East. It also said that the US and Israel should be held responsible for the tension that is being created in the entire world.
Pakistan has called on all parties to exercise restraint, protect civilian lives and property, and immediately stop the escalation.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia has urged Iran to exercise restraint following the US attack.
