Australia Supports US Attack On Iran

Jun 24, Kathmandu - Australia has supported the US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. Australian Prime Minister Antony Albanese supported the US attack, speaking at a joint press conference with Foreign Minister Penny Wong in the capital, Canberra.

However, he has also requested all parties to restart negotiations. “We do not want any kind of war or large-scale conflict,” he said. “We are calling for continued dialogue and diplomatic initiatives.”

Albanese urged Iran to refrain from any action that could destabilize the region.

The United States launched major strikes on Iran's three nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan on Sunday. US President Donald Trump has claimed that the attacks caused significant damage to Iran.
