Jun 24, Kathmandu - Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has responded to the proposal made by Nepal Workers and Peasants Party MP Prem Suwal to stop the work on the Kathmandu-Terai-Madhesh Expressway and develop it elsewhere.

Proposing to cut expenses, Suwal had proposed in the House of Representatives meeting a few days ago to scrap the expressway project and develop it elsewhere.

Prime Minister Oli answered this today.

He said, "If you are going to do something like that, then if you don't do anything, many people will have enough to eat dal and rice. There will be no development by doing such things".
