Narayangadh-Muglin Road Closed For 2 Hours

Jun 26, Kathmandu - The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been closed for two hours.

The road, which was closed since 11 am on Thursday, will reopen only after 1 pm, according to the Division Road Office, Bharatpur.

According to Krishna Acharya, engineer of the Division Office, the traffic has been closed to remove a large stone stuck on the road at a place called Tuin Khola.

He said that a long excavator is being brought from Hetauda to remove the stuck stones.

The road has been blocked by landslides in the Tuin River from time to time. Acharya said that the road has been closed to remove large stones that could pose a risk of landslides.
