Jul 05, Kathmandu - Nepali Congress MP Bimalendra Nidhi has accused the CPN-UML of not following even the minimum etiquette of the ruling coalition at the local level. He said that the UML is not seen as honest in the coalition.
In a meeting with party leaders and cadres in Janakpur on Saturday, he said that the Congress is always ready for consensus and a collective campaign, but the UML is not looking to join this campaign.
He alleges that UML is creating problems in bringing the municipal budget. He alleges that it has obstructed some municipalities by saying that it will allow them to make procedures that will reduce the powers of the mayor.
MP Nidhi alleged that due to political vendetta, leaders are trying to prevent or obstruct the plans brought by one leader from being brought by another.
