Jul 05, Kathmandu - With the aim of serving customers better and strengthening after-sales service, MAW Vriddhi is set to operate two state-of-the-art, electric vehicle (EV)-focused service centers in Balkumari and Basundhara.
Strategically located in key locations across the city, these service centers aim to provide MAW customers with more convenient, faster, and expert service.
These facilities will be dedicated exclusively to electric vehicles of the brands Deepaal, Dongfeng and Ceres. The service center will feature 25 specialized service bays that will enable easy, precise and efficient maintenance of a large number of vehicles at once. These new centers for expert care will be MAW’s second and third EV dedicated service workshops. With this expansion, the number of EV service centres in MAW’s portfolio will reach three.
MAW Growth, with its continuous focus on after-sales service and customer trust, is striving to further strengthen its commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term service through this. These new service centers are expected to be fully operational within the next 3 to 5 months, setting a new benchmark in the EV service sector in Nepal.
