DishHome Launches Nepal's First Virtual Customer Privilege Card

Jul 07, Kathmandu - DishHome will soon be offering a special service called Customer Virtual Privilege Card to its internet and TV customers through its customer service app, 'My DishHome App'. The company has stated that this facility is being introduced for the first time in the internet and TV sector in Nepal.

The DishHome Customer Privilege Card will be completely virtual. It will automatically appear on the My DishHome app of customers with active subscriptions, the company said. Through this card, customers will be able to get up to 25 percent discount.

DishHome is collaborating with various sectors including hotels, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, skincare and wellness centers, fitness clubs, mobile accessories, electronics outlets, home appliances, shopping malls, automobile showrooms, etc. It is said that this will make customers more convenient in their daily lives and also provide financial discounts.

“DishHome aims to not only provide the best digital entertainment and internet services, but also to make a meaningful contribution to the daily lifestyle of its customers,” said Tara Manandhar, CEO of DishHome. “Through this virtual privilege card, we are creating a digital lifestyle ecosystem that will provide additional benefits to our customers.”

This card will only be visible on the app when the customer’s subscription is active. This makes it secure and exclusive. Once the service is launched, customers will be able to avail discounts at participating outlets by showing the digital card from the ‘My DishHome app’.
