Oct 16, Kathmandu - Police have said that three girls drowned while fishing in the Sisnekhola in Gauradaha Municipality-9 this afternoon.
The deceased are the two daughters of local Anju Magar, seven-year-old Sushma and nine-year-old Sahitya, and the 11-year-old daughter of Nirmala Pariyar, Roshni. The District Police Office has said that they drowned in the river while fishing.
Police have reached the spot and further investigation is underway.
