Speaking to reporters on the occasion, Health Minister Greg Hunt said the government was working to vaccinate as many Australians as possible. Four thousand doses of the vaccine were provided at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Flinders Medical Center. The state is preparing to vaccinate about 12,000 people within the first three weeks.
