Jun 05, Kathmandu - Nepali Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has arrived in New Delhi on a three-day visit at the invitation of India's External Affairs Minister. He was welcomed by Munu Mahawar, Head of the South Asia Desk at Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ranjit Joshi announced that high-level bilateral talks are scheduled during the visit. Speaking at a regular press conference, Joshi highlighted that the discussions aim to strengthen the multi-dimensional relationship between India and Nepal.
According to Joshi, the talks will cover political, economic, development partnership, and people-to-people relations. He emphasized that both countries are committed to maintaining regular dialogue and high-level exchanges to further deepen their bond.
During his stay, Minister Khanal is scheduled to hold meetings with Indian counterparts and senior officials to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and bilateral ties.
