Jun 06, Kathmandu - Nepal and Hong Kong are currently competing in the final group stage match of the ACC Women's Premier Cup cricket.
In the ongoing match at the Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar (KTJ) Oval in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Nepal won the toss and elected to bowl first, and Hong Kong has come out to bat.
The result of today's match will decide the winner and runner-up of Group 'D'. Both these teams have reached the quarterfinals by winning two consecutive matches.
In the previous matches, Nepal and Hong Kong had defeated Qatar and Bhutan. The defeated Qatar and Bhutan have already been eliminated from the group stage.
The 18-nation tournament has 5-5 teams in Groups 'A' and 'B' and 4-4 in 'C' and 'D'.
The top teams of the Premier Cup will qualify for the Women's T-20 Asia.
