Jun 07, Kathmandu - The price of gold and silver has also decreased in the local market today. Gold has decreased by Rs 1,000 per tola and silver by Rs 335.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the price of one tola of gold has been fixed at Rs 308,000 today. The price of one tola of silver has been fixed at Rs 4,895.

Last Friday, one tola of gold was traded at Rs 309,000 and the same amount of silver at Rs 5,230.

According to international media, one ounce of gold is being traded at Rs 4,500 and the same amount of the white metal at US$77 in the international market today.
