RSP Postpones Parliament Session Again as Party Convention Remains Unfinished

Jun 26, Kathmandu - The scheduled session of the House of Representatives has been postponed once more with notice, following the ongoing delay in the Rastriya Swatantra Party's (RSP) national convention.

The meeting, initially called for Thursday, was postponed with a notice extending it until 1 PM today. Today, too, the House Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal announced the postponement, citing the unfinished RSP convention, and scheduled the session to resume on Saturday at 11 AM.

The RSP convention, which began on Asadha 7 in Bharatpur, Chitwan, is yet to conclude. The party has a total of 275 members in the House of Representatives, of whom 182 are members of RSP.
