Aug 09, Kathmandu - The Federal Parliament's House of Representatives is scheduled to hold a significant session on Monday, Shrawan 25, during which four major bills will be presented. The parliamentary secretariat has also included question-answer sessions with two ministers on the agenda.

The meeting, set to commence at 1:00 PM, will begin with ministry-related questions and answers, as per the tentative agenda released by Parliament Secretary General Padma Prasad Pandey. During this session, ministers from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Youth, Labor, and Employment will respond to oral questions posed by MPs.

In the legislative front, Finance Minister Dr. Swornim Wagle is expected to seek approval to introduce the 'Employees' Provident Fund (Tenth Amendment) Bill, 2083.' Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam will present the 'Mediation (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083.' Additionally, Youth, Labor, and Employment Minister Ramji Yadav will introduce the 'Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Bill, 2083.'

Prime Minister Balen Shah has also assigned Minister Gautam to present two more proposals. These include amendments to the 'First Amendment' of the 'Constitutional Bodies Officers' Salaries, Service Conditions, and Facilities Bill, 2083.' Furthermore, Minister Gautam is expected to propose discussion and approval of the 'Nepal Special Service Act, 2042' to restore previous provisions.

The session aims to advance key legislative reforms and address pressing national issues through these discussions.
