Aug 11, Kathmandu - Nirmal Kumar Upreti from Bara has been appointed as the Executive Director of the Foreign Employment Board.
The decision was made during the Council of Ministers' meeting held on Tuesday. Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokhrel, also the government spokesperson, confirmed the appointment.
