Aug 31, Kathmandu - In response to the devastating floods and landslides affecting various regions, DishHome has announced a 15-day extension of free internet services for its customers in the affected areas.

Amidst daily life disruptions caused by natural calamities, the company emphasized the crucial role of the internet in emergency coordination and information sharing in its press release. DishHome noted that this initiative aims to assist communities during these challenging times.

According to DishHome, internet services will be provided free of charge to customers in the Trishuli, Trishuli Battar, Galchhi, Adamghat, and Malekhu areas.  

The company highlighted its commitment to societal responsibility, stating that standing with affected communities and ensuring uninterrupted service and easy access to vital information is a key part of their mission during this crisis.

DishHome also urged their impacted customers to exercise patience and to contact the nearest service centers or official customer support channels for any technical assistance needed during this difficult period.

In addition, DishHome expressed deep sorrow, sympathy, and solidarity over the unprecedented human and material losses caused by the destructive floods that entered the lower Tadi region from Bhotekoshi, Rasuwa, on Bhadra 10. 

The company extended heartfelt gratitude to security personnel, volunteers, local communities, and relevant agencies tirelessly working in rescue, relief, and reconstruction efforts during this sensitive time.
