Sep 04, Kathmandu - Ten days after floodwaters inundated the tunnel of the Trishuli-3 ‘A’ Hydropower Project in Rasuwagadhi, a worker trapped inside has been rescued and transferred for further medical care.
The worker was safely pulled out alive by a joint rescue team of the Nepali Army and Armed Police on Friday morning. Following initial treatment at the scene, he was airlifted to Kathmandu via helicopter for specialized medical attention at Birendra Hospital in Chhauni.
