Sep 07, Kathmandu - President Ram Chandra Poudel is scheduled to deliver a nationwide address today. Following an on-site inspection of flood-affected areas in Rasuwa and Nuwakot, which were impacted by the Bhotekoshi River floods on Bhadra 10, the President will speak to the nation at 3:30 PM from Kathmandu.
His secretariat confirmed the address after his return from the field visit on Monday.
