Nepali Congress Donates NPR 10 Million to Prime Minister's Relief Fund for Flood Victims

Sep 07, Kathmandu - In response to the devastating floods that struck Rasuwa on Bhadra 10, 2083, and caused extensive damage in districts like Nuwakot and Dhading, the main opposition party, Nepali Congress, has contributed NPR 10 million to the Prime Minister's Relief Fund.

On Monday, senior party leaders including General Secretary Pradeep Poudel, Treasurer Umesh Shrestha, Spokesperson Devaraj Chalise, and Chief Whip Basana Thapa handed over a cheque representing the donation to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle.

The contribution aims to support relief efforts for those affected by the recent natural calamity.
