Sep 08, Kathmandu - The Nepali Congress has stepped up preparations for its 15th national convention. As part of the process, the party has officially requested the President's residence to provide a venue for the event.

In a letter written by Acting General Secretary Krishna Dulal from the party’s central office, the Congress has requested the availability of a hall, lodge, parking area, and garden from Ashwin 15 to 20. 

The 15th national convention is scheduled to be held from Ashwin 16 to 19. 

The Congress has indicated that a venue is needed for six days to facilitate the preparations, management, and program activities related to the convention.
