Sep 15, Kathmandu - The Judicial Council has recommended the appointment of Registrar of the Supreme Court, Bhadra Kali Pokharel, District Judges Himal Lal Belbase and the Director General of the Decision Implementation Directorate, Gajendra Bahadur Singh, as judges of the High Court.

The decision was made during a meeting held on Tuesday (Bhadra 30) under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Sharma. Additionally, the Judicial Service Commission, which convened on the same day, recommended promotions for two Registrar of the Supreme Court officials to the position of Registrar.

The officials recommended for promotion are Thagindra Kattel and Babulram Dahal.
