Oct 22, Kathmandu - Former President of Nepal, Bidya Devi Bhandari, has left for China to attend the "Global Governance Forum", an international conference focusing on global governance, world peace, and multilateral cooperation. 

According to her secretariat, Bhandari will be addressing the forum as a distinguished guest speaker. The conference is scheduled to be held from October 23 to 25 in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, China.

The central theme of this year's forum is "Rebuilding Confidence and Cooperation in a Transforming World".
