Model Khusbu Oli Has Reached Supreme Court  

April 8, Kathmandu - Model and social worker Khusbu Oli has reached the Supreme Court saying that she was not given a chance to be heard in a case related to a transaction (check bounce).

Oli was convicted by the Kathmandu District Court in a check bounce and sentenced to three months imprisonment and a fine of Rs 3,000. A bench of District Judge Krishna Prasad Bhattarai had convicted him on June 5, 2019 A.D.


Claiming that the financial transaction between her and Gopal Katuwal was settled two years ago, she has claimed in the writ that she did not get a chance to be heard in the court hearing.
