Dishhome and Prabhu TV merging

April 19, Kathmandu - Dishhome and prabhu TV are merging into one option. These companies, which have been providing Direct to the Home (DTH) and digital television services, are preparing to merge and provide services as a brand. These companies had also provided internet service from the previous year. Dishhome's chief executive officer Sudeep Acharya said that the merger is being prepared by merging and making both internet and TV available under the same brand.

According to him, discussions for the merger have been going on for some time now. The decision has not been made yet. However, the two companies have agreed that there is no alternative to integrated services. He said, "In this small market, a merger is needed to provide better services as one company rather than many companies." Even with the recent implementation of the Cleanfeed policy, the business of television services has shrunk. So the merger is being discussed. But, no conclusion has been reached yet. '

A representative of the Lord also informed that the matter is being discussed. He said that discussions are underway to merge the services in the same company as the prabhu has also invested in Dishhome.
