Ten Militants Killed In Afghanistan

April 19, Kathmandu-Ten militants have been killed in various security operations in Afghanistan. He was killed during operations in the western, eastern, and southern regions in the last 24 hours, officials said.

Two people were killed and six others were injured in the eastern Afghan province of Ghazni on Wednesday morning, provincial government spokesman Arif Nuri said. According to him, two security personnel were injured in the incident. Similarly, the special security unit has launched security operations against Taliban fighters in Samak district of Dawlat Yar district of Ghor province.

Security sources said that eight militants were killed in the security operation in Kandahar province. The militants were killed during an operation in Shah Walikot district of Kandahar province, according to a statement issued by the military on Sunday. The statement added that a search and rescue operation was underway against the combatants and some combatants were injured. The statement did not mention any damage to the security personnel. Taliban fighters are active in Kandahar province, but there has been no response from them so far.
