May 8, Kathmandu - The fourth edition of Nepal International Film Festival (NIFF) has been going on in the capital for a few days now. On Friday, the second day of the festival, there was an interaction on employment opportunities and social transformation in Nepali cinema. Various people from the Nepali film industry have expressed their views in the program conducted through Zoom.

Speaking on the occasion, veteran actor Hari Bansha Acharya said that proper insurance should be provided to those working in the film industry. He pointed out the need to create original stories for employment and social transformation through film.Speaking on the occasion, veteran actor Nir Shah said that it was difficult to establish without starting an in-depth chapter on how to create employment and develop manpower in Nepal's film sector.
