Jun 9, Kathmandu- US Ambassador to Nepal Randy Berry has met CPN-Maoist Central Committee Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda).
He had reached Khumaltar on Thursday afternoon for a meeting with Prachanda. There was a half-hour discussion during their meeting.
Berry's meeting with Prachanda before the arrival of US Army General Charles A. Flynn in Nepal is taken in a special sense. However, the US embassy and the Prachanda Secretariat have not given any official information about this.
